Due to our size, we cannot compete with the big players in volume and pricing, so we focus on produce that is limited in supply and often imported from abroad. This strategy enables us to offer competitive prices while providing fresher, tastier produce, while reducing transportation and emissions. We also utilize the latest technology in irrigation and monitoring to minimize waste of energy, water, and fertilizers, making our farm more efficient and sustainable in the long run.
